Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Shop Pay and VISA.
Q: Do you offer any discounts for camper families or volunteers?
A: Currently we do not offer any blanket discounts for camper families or volunteers, but we keep our costs as low as possible to ensure everyone is able to sport some camp gear!
Q: Can I get a tax receipt for my purchase?
A: No, an order of merch is not eligible for a tax receipt, however, if you would like to make a donation on top of your order you can do so here and receive an automatic tax receipt.
Q: What percentage of funds from merch sales go towards the camp/the kids?
A: All proceeds from the sale of merchandise supports Campfire Circle to help bring healing through happiness to kids and families affected by childhood cancer or serious illness.
Q: How do I pre-order merch for a camper or myself to pick up at a camp session or program?
A: To pre-order merch for a camper to pick up on their first day of camp, please refer to the deadlines listed below and follow the next steps:
- Select the items you would like to purchase.
- Select the camp session where you would like the items to be picked up.
- Type the full name of the person receiving the order. (Camper, Volunteer, Staff, etc.)
- Select “No” under Picking up at Campfire Circle Toronto?
- Add items to cart.
- If any additional instructions required, add notes in your cart under “Order special instructions”
- Checkout. Select Pick up and disregard Toronto office address. Continue to payment.
Q: How do I pick up my order in Toronto?
A: Orders are available for pick up at our Toronto office, located at 464 Bathurst St. Toronto, ON. M5T 2S6. Step 1: Select the items you would like to purchase.
Step 2: Select “N/A” under Camp Session.
Step 3: Type the full name of the person picking up the order. (Camper, Volunteer, Staff, etc.)
Step 4: Select “Yes” under Picking up at Campfire Circle Toronto?
Step 5: Add items to cart.
Step 6: If any additional instructions required, add notes in your cart under “Order special instructions”
Step 7: Checkout. Select Pick up. Continue to payment.
Q: Can I send my camper merch while they are at camp?
A: If your camper is already at camp, unfortunately we are unable to facilitate getting orders to camp while in session. However, if you would like to pre-order merch for a camper to receive while at camp, you can do so up until one week before their session start date and we will have it ready.
Q: Do you accept returns/exchanges?

At this time we will not be accepting returns or exchange requests on any items in good condition. All items are final sale.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return on a damaged or incorrect item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please allow 10 business days for us to process the refund or exchange.

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship anywhere in Ontario for a flat fee of $15 on top of your order price.
Q: Is there a minimum order price for shipping?
A: No, there is no minimum order price to qualify for shipping.
Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: No, we do not have a physical retail store, however, we sell our merchandise at community events and programs throughout the year and at both our overnight campsites in Muskoka and Waterford, ON during the summer season. We also provide the option for in-store pick up at our Toronto office located at 464 Bathurst St.
Q: Are there any specific care instructions for my merch?
A: Most of our clothing will shrink in the dryer. We recommend washing with cold water and hanging clothes to dry.
Q: If something is out of stock, will it be re-stocked?
A: We will assess the feasibility of re-ordering products on a rolling basis, but it would be best to make a purchase when we have the item in stock in your size, to avoid missing out if we do not re-stock the item.
